Bathrooms

Laufen has been selected to provide the range of high quality Swiss made ceramic sanitary ware for the bath/shower, W/C and basins; the range complements the design of the development co-ordinating mixer taps for the sink, showers and baths and clear glass shower screens over baths. Porcelanosa porcelain based glazed floor and wall tiles complete the contemporary co-ordinated style for the bathrooms, which includes a mirror above the basin with a shaver point.

Kitchens

The high quality Hamilton Range of bespoke kitchen units designed for everyday living are provided. These are set apart with granite work surfaces and splash backs, stainless steel door and cupboard handles with groove draining built into the kitchen work surfaces. Fully integrated appliances include Bosch fridge/freezer, Bosch touch control gas hob and oven with stainless steel extraction hood.

Appliances

Ovens

Bosch single fan oven, five cooking functions, 58 litre capacity, 5 shelf positions, self cleaning, energy rating A, 2 year warranty 20 Amps. For the houses there will be Bosch double fan ovens.

Hobs

Bosch gas hob 1 high speed burner, 2 semi rapid burners, 1 simmer burner, enamelled pan supports, push button ignition, 580mm wide x 510mm deep. For the houses there will be Bosch 5 burner hobs.

Extractors

Stainless steel chimney extractor 3 speed fan motor, extraction rate 510m3 per hour, 2 x 40 watt lights, metal grease filter, push button controls, built-in light.

Fridge / Freezers

Bosch built-under integrated fridge/freezer, automatic defrosting, freezer compartment, CFC and HFC free. For the houses the integrated freezer will be full height.

Floor Finishes

Floor tiles from the distinctive Porcelanosa range are provided in the kitchens and bathrooms. All other areas will be fully carpeted with quality underlay.

Heating

Heating and hot water systems provided via Ariston combi-bolier thermostatic controlled radiator system. Ladder towel radiator to bathrooms

Ironmongery

Polished chrome bar lever furniture with polished hinges.

Door Entry System (apartments)

Main entrance to building has a door entry system linked to a wall mounted handset inside the front door of each apartment.
